Amaranth Honey Smoothie
A fruit smoothie with a delicious, nutritious twist!
Servings: 1 serving
- ½ cup Roots 'n Shoots amaranth microgreens
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ½ cups flavored yogurt
- 2 Tbsp coconut water
In a blender, pulse amaranth and frozen fruits
½ cup Roots 'n Shoots amaranth microgreens, ½ cup frozen raspberries, ½ cup frozen peaches, ½ cup frozen blueberries
Add coconut water and yogurt and blend again
2 Tbsp coconut water, ½ cups flavored yogurt
Add honey to taste
2 Tbsp honey
