Ingredients
1frozen and sliced banana
1cupbaby spinach
½cupchopped pea shootsmay substitute or add sunflower shoots
¼avocado
¼cupnonfat Greek yogurt
1dashcinnamon
1Tbsplemon juicemay substitute any citrus juice
½cupwateradd extra water for thinner smoothie
Shredded, unsweetened coconut
Amaranth microgreens
Chia seedsMay also like to use flax or hemp seeds
Sliced almondsMay use any nut you prefer
Edible flower petals If used, make sure edible flowers are untreated
Instructions
Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
1 frozen and sliced banana, 1 cup baby spinach, ½ cup chopped pea shoots, ¼ avocado, ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 dash cinnamon, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup water
Pour into a bowl and add additional toppings as desired.
