Green Smoothie Bowl with Pea Shoots

Green Smoothie Bowl is a great alternative to a salad or a smoothie.

  • High speed blender


  • 1 frozen and sliced banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup chopped pea shoots may substitute or add sunflower shoots
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice may substitute any citrus juice
  • ½ cup water add extra water for thinner smoothie
  • Shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • Amaranth microgreens
  • Chia seeds May also like to use flax or hemp seeds
  • Sliced almonds May use any nut you prefer
  • Edible flower petals If used, make sure edible flowers are untreated


  • Combine all smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
    1 frozen and sliced banana, 1 cup baby spinach, ½ cup chopped pea shoots, ¼ avocado, ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 dash cinnamon, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup water
  • Pour into a bowl and add additional toppings as desired.
