- Using vegetable oil and toasted sesame oil, stir fry your shrimp or other protein.  - vegetable and toasted sesame oil, shrimp or other protein of your choice 
- When nearly cooked, add the eggs and stir fry until they are just set. - Scrambled eggs 
- Set egg/shrimp aside. In the same pan stir fry the peppers and other vegetables until the onions are translucent, not brown. Add the garlic last so it doesn't burn. - Thai chili peppers, Onions, garlic, green peppers, and other vegetables 
- Add soy sauce and fish sauce to taste. - soy sauce and/or fish sauce 
- Add the rice and stir fry. - Day old Jasmine rice 
- Add the shrimp and egg back in. 
- Serve with your favorite microgreens. Wasabi mustard, radish, and arugula fabulous with this dish.  - Your favorite microgreens!
