Buckwheat

Buckwheat isn't wheat at all. It is part of the rhubarb and sorrel family, giving it a mild, slightly citrus flavor. Buckwheat microgreens work great in smoothies, mixed in salads, or used in sandwiches and wraps. They are also one of the few plants that contain all the essential amino acids making it a complete protein.
